-Pastoral Assistant for Adult Evangelization:
A successful candidate will be an active member of a Catholic parish faith community; have a strong passion for the Catholic Faith and the desire to assist others in growing their lives as disciples of Jesus. BA in Theology, Pastoral Ministry or equivalent; 3 years or more of successful experience in pastoral ministry; demonstrated ability to be a leader.
-Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager:
Applicants must have knowledge of GAAP and an acquaintance with Ultipro Payroll processing system is helpful. An ability to assist others with payroll and benefit questions required. This person processes Accounts Payable and provides financial reports for the Pastor, Administrator, Principal, and Finance Council.

Review and maintain safety and security for youth participation in events on the St. Leo Parish campus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing and implementing faith formation classes; plan and coordinate large events and retreats; recruit, supervise and provide formation for volunteers; and effectively communicating with teens, families, parishioners, and parish staff and leadership. The successful candidate for this position will organize and coordinate our SEEK program for middle school youth and our LAUNCH program for high school students. In addition, our youth evangelizer will be responsible for preparing these youth for our next Confirmation class that will include both middle school and high school youth for the first time. Finally, the successful candidate should be ready to recruit adult volunteers to help with retreats, as well as the SEEK and LAUNCH programs. Candidates should be energetic, possess effective interpersonal skills, be familiar with best practices for youth evangelization, and be comfortable in training and leading teams of volunteers.
