Hannah Thom

Kennedy Catholic High School
Senior

Hannah is a member of the National Honor Society, school band and track and field team, and she tutors underclassman through the KTEAMS program. She’s the president of her 4-H club and has volunteered with Northwest Harvest, the RASKC Animal Shelter and the Union Gospel Mission. She also serves at a lector at St. Stephen the Martyr Parish in Renton.

Jacob Williams

Kennedy Catholic High School
Senior

“Jake treats every person he interacts with, with great love, respect and care,” said campus minister Sofia Lopez. “The message and mission of Jesus Christ” are his “guiding light,” she added. Jake is a member of the soccer team and men’s club and a leader of Kennedy Catholic’s Search retreat. He’s also a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Burien.

In each edition through June, Northwest Catholic will honor students for their achievements and contributions in the classroom, in their extracurricular activities, and in their churches and communities. At the end of the school year, two Students of the Year will be selected to receive $1,000 Northwest Catholic scholarships.
