DIRECTOR FOR CHILDREN’S AND FAMILY FAITH FORMATION
St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Federal Way, a large, diverse community striving to live the vision of the Second Vatican Council, seeks a person to serve as the Director for Children’s and Family Faith Formation to oversee faith formation programs for Pre-K through fifth grade, including Sacramental Preparation Programs for Reconciliation and Eucharist and the RCIA for children. This includes evaluating and implementing catechetical materials along with recruiting, training and developing a team of volunteer catechists. In addition, the Director will work with parents and families in encouraging the parents' role as the primary catechist of their child(ren). You will serve on a dynamic formation team with those involved in adult, junior high and high school formation to provide a comprehensive and collegial approach to faith formation in the parish.
